DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression One-E was located near latitude 14.5 North, longitude 116.9 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). This general motion is expected through tonight, followed by a turn toward the west on Sunday. Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is anticipated today or tonight. The system is forecast to become a remnant low by late Sunday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
