Teijin and Murata partner on antimicrobial performance fabric

Teijin Frontier, the fibre product converting business of Japanese conglomerate Teijin Group, has partnered with Murata Manufacturing to develop what they claim is the world's first piezoelectric fabric with an antimicrobial performance.
