Position Reference 042 You will have the opportunity to provide support in the activities related to the procurement of design studies for the secure operational ground segment. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Assessment of Satcom ground infrastructure stateoftheart Analyse and assess the stateoftheart of the ground infrastructure technology of existing satellite communication systems Preparation of a procurement for HubSystem studies Definition of the requirements of the ground infrastructure, covering both the operational userrelated and the securityrelated aspects Procurement and Project Management of the HubSystem studies Support in running the procurement process for the HubSystem studies and follow up of the studies Support the implementation of the Preparatory Action plan in relation to satcom ground infrastructure aspects Support the review of risk analyses Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. You have Satcom ground infrastructure experience. You are organised, dynamic and proactive with good communication and diplomatic skills. You are fluent in English C1 level. The following skills would be highly desirable Experience in procurement. Security clearance EU Secret will be necessary but is not mandatory to start the activities.
