Polyester Chain Prices: PX, PTA, MEG and Fiber Prices (Weekly Report)

Polyester intermediate prices are expected to significantly fall in the coming days after mixed xylene and paraxylene prices have slid in the last week in Asia. Demand for PTA and MEG is currently negligible from polyester plants where the return back to work has been delayed, over the coronavirus crisis.
