Position Reference 708 On behalf of ESA, we are currently looking for a Documentalist to work in its Site ESTEC in the city of Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Confirm contact detailsdelivery address. Ensure this information is provided to the current contractor managing the SINA Prime and Mission networks. Make sure get confirmation from both parties that the SINA box and all additional equipment has been delivered. Keep documentation on events e.g. delivery dates, activation dates, issues, etc . Verify invoices before are sent for payment. If discrepancies, discuss with current contractor. Maintain SINA delivery documentation. Monitor and document the status of the SINA maintenance contracts. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree Bachelor from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communications as relevant. At least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office packages and ability to quickly learn new database systems. Excellent planning and organisation skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
