Cotton Prices on International and Domestic Markets (Weekly Report)

2020-09-16 16:09:41| EmergingTextiles.com

Cotton prices have stayed stable in the past week, ignoring a looming US ban on products made of cotton originated in Xinjiang. Although Xinjiang accounts for a large share of China's cotton output, it could be difficult for US customs to implement such a ban. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India, Pakistan, and Brazil are reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. Organic and BCI cotton prices in India and Pakistan are also released. All data are available for download.
